To upgrade please logon to the client area https://oracleapexservices.com/clients
Go to Services (Menu) > My Services , Select service you wish to upgrade and select Upgrade option. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
NOTE: If you have an outstanding invoice you will need to pay that first.
