If you try to create Oracle Apex Websheet application for first time in your apex account you may get below error
Or if you try to install packaged websheet application for the first time you will get error as shown in below picture
To resolve this you need to install Websheet Database Objects in your schema first , to do that go to App Builder > Websheet Applications
Then select Create New App
From next window select Websheet as shown below
You will get error Invalid Websheet Objects , in this windows click on button Manage Websheet Database Objects , from next windows click Next , then click Create after which Websheet Database Objects will be installed in your schema
You should now be able to create and install websheet applications
